Player Movements: Glasgow Warriors
- 3099
With Glasgow losing 17 players this year alone, their upcoming season will hopefully be boosted by their 8 new signings.
Here are the players that will display their talent at Scotstoun this year:
Jarrod Firth (signed 3 Feb 2016 from Counties Manukau)
Firth, who transfered from ITM Cup side Counties Manukau, made two appearances for the Chiefs in Super Rugby last season.
He has made 25 appearances for Counties Manukau over the last three seasons before signing for Glasgow in a 2-year deal.
Corey Flynn (signed 29 Feb 2016 from Toulouse)
The former All Black hooker has signed a two-year deal with the Warriors, seeing him at Scotstoun until 2018.
Before joining Toulouse in 2014, Flynn spent 13 years with Super Rugby side the Crusaders.
The 35-year-old has played 42 times for Toulouse in the Top 14 and European Rugby Champions Cup.
Leornado Sarto (signed 8 March 2016 from Zebre)
Sarto started his rugby career in 2012 when he played for Zebre, with his full debut coming against Scotland in 2014, where he scored a try.
The 24-year-old, who has 26 caps for Italy, has signed a deal with Glasgow until May 2018.
Rory Clegg (signed 17 March 2016 from Oyannax)
Hannover-born Clegg acted as cover for the Warriors during the Rugby World Cup period last year, scoring 48 points in five appearances.
His impressive chain of performances lead to him being signed by the Harlequins from Newcastle Falcons in 2009, with his success at Quins elevating him to England's Saxons squad.
Nemia Kenatale (signed 31 May 2016 from Farul Constanta)
Kenatale, who was in the Fiji squad for the Pacific Nations Cup, has made 39 appearances for his country, scoring seven tries.
The scrum half made his international test debut for Fiji in 2008 and was named in their 2015 RWC side.
He signed a one-year deal with Gloasgow.
