North Harbour sign Stevenson and Eves

North Harbour have confirmed the signing of outside back Shaun Stevenson and prop Chris Eves for the upcoming Mitre 10 Cup.

20-year-old Stevenson was selected for the Blues U18s and represented the NZ Secondary Schools side in 2014. He made his debut for Waikato  in 2015 and made a further 10 appearances for the side between 2015 and 2016.

Stevenson made the New Zealand U20 side in 2016 and was selected for the Chiefs 2016  Super Rugby squad where he has earned 8 caps so far.

Eves made his way through the youth ranks before making his Cup debut in 2008. Eves ventured out to Portugal to play proffessional rugby before returning to New Zealand where he has represented Manawatu and New Zealand Maoris - since 2013. He currently represents the Hurricanes in Super Rugby and has made 45 appearances for the Super Rugby side since 2014.
