Match Highlights - Northampton Saints v Bath Rugby
- 1447
The game started rather evenly with the first half ending level-pegging at 3 a piece. Northampton Saints looked dangerous when they were in possession and gained metres every time they got the ball. Bath Rugby looked to struggle in the first half against the defence of the Northampton Saints. The second half proved to be more interesting with Bath taking the upper hand, both in points and in performance. The Saints needed to start playing catch up as the game progressed and Bath continued to push the Saints for as many points as possible, getting onto the try line in the dying seconds of the game! This is the first time that the Saints have lost five games in a row at home since 2004 and they will therefore not be happy at all with their performances of late! Bath will be ecstatic as this allows them to be fourth on the table! Bath takes the win from the Saints 3-18!
