Gloucester confirm new contract for Billy Burns

Gloucester Rugby have confirmed that fly half Billy Burns has agreed terms on a new deal with the Cherry and Whites, extending his current contract which was due to expire at the end of the current season.
"Billy has all of the attributes that we are looking for in a fly half, and he is growing with every opportunity that he is given," commented Director of Rugby David Humphreys.
"He has been developing his own game and reputation as a player in a high-pressured position and we are very pleased with his progress."
Since his debut five seasons ago, the young playmaker has made over 50 appearances in the Cherry and White jersey, starting the first five Aviva Premiership games of the current season.
