Carter set to make debut for Racing 92
New Zealand out-half Dan Carter is set to make his debut for Racing 92 this Saturday against Northampton.
Carter, 33, is on course to make his debut after arriving at the French club two weeks ago.
Racing are currently second in Pool Two and can move ahead of first-placed Northampton with a win on Saturday.
"There's always going to be pressure, that's part of the game that I love," said Carter.
"I don't think there's going to be any more pressure playing here after what's happened in my career than before most Test matches."
Gloucester beat Worcester in Challenge Cup
The Cherry & Whites made it 3 out of 3 in the Challenge Cup with a 34-22 win at Sixways.
Eddie Jones was in the stadium to see last years winners claim a bonus point and stretch their lead at the top of Pool 4.
The first half was a tight encounter, with both sides getting on the scoreboard and going into the break at 10-10.
Gloucester took control in the second half, a second try from Purdy and then one from replacement Rob Cook pushed them into a 22-10 lead with an hour played.
Worcester did hit back after a sustainable amount of pressure, replacement Mike Daniels scored from the back of a driving maul, Lamb's conversion cut the deficit to 17-22.
That was as close as Worcester would have gotten to the away side, Steve McColl got the all important bonus-point try before replacement Billy Twelvetrees killed the game off Darren O'Shea's late try for Warriors came only as a consolation for the home side.
