Bordeaux Begles sign Jean-Pascal Barraque

Versatile back Jean-Pascal Barraque has joined Bordeaux Begles ahead of the 2017/18 season.

The France 7s international has signed as a medical joker for Romain Lonca who ruptured a cruciate ligament in March.

The 25-year-old started his career at Biarritz before joining Toulouse for one season. After that, he signed for La Rochelle.

The national 7s side has allowed Barraque to join Begles on a short-term deal and he will return to the national side in November in preparation for the World 7s Series.
