Maties host NWU Pukke in week 3 of the Varsity Cup in a repeat of the 2016 final.
Maties went down narrowly to Tuks 13-9 in the opening round, but bounced back to defeat Wits 26-14.
Pukke remain unbeaten after a hard fought 16-12 win over UJ, followed by a comfortable 37-7 victory over the NMMU Madibaz.
Maties will look to avenge their heart breaking loss to Pukke in the 2016 Varsity Cup final.
