Neither team played to the best of their ability but thats just shows the strength that Toulon possess as even when they don't play well they can still get a bonus point victory over a tough opponent. Overall it was an efficient performance by Toulon as they scored 2 tries in each half and so had the bonus point wrapped up with ten minutes left on the clock. Credit to Exeter who put in a valiant performance at such a tough ground but now with 3 losses they are out of the competition. Next up for Toulon is a top of the group clash with Cardiff and a win in that match would seal their place in the quarter final.
