Full time here at Ashbourne and Ireland are still on course for back to back grand slams as they have beaten Wales by 14 points to 6 and are now 2 from 2. Bar the first 25 minutes of the game Ireland were dominant throughout. After going in at the break 6 3 down they came out in the second half with the wind at their backs and never looked back. An early Briggs penalty drew them back level before a powerful try by O'Brien off the back of a scrum won the game for them. Next up in their quest for back to back grand slams is a trip to England in 2 weeks time. Thank you for following our coverage of this game and i hope you enjoyed it.
