A member of the Scotland Women 7s squad in 2013, Lyndsay was also named Female Athlete of the year, in 2013 and 2014.
She won the English Premiership with Worcester in 2013 and made her international debut against France in the 2013 6 Nations.
In January 2017, she was named in the Scotland Women squad for the 2017 Six Nations tournament.
