A powerful back rower, Lucas de Conninck came through the academy at Montpellier before he left the club on loan to Biarittz.
He spent two seasons at Biarittz in the PROD2 making 50 appearances before re-joining Montpellier ahead of the 2019/20 season.
He is contracted to the club until 2021.
