Felipe Berchesi was born and raised in Montevideo, Uruguay.
In 2011 he played rugby sevens at the Pan American Games.
Berchesi started his career in Uruguay playing for Carrasco Polo Club and moved to Italy play for Rugby Badia in 2013.
In 2013 Berchesi was part of Uruguay´s squad for the 2013 Rugby World Cup Sevens.
In 2014, he joined Fédérale 1 side Chambéry and after having an outstanding performance, he moved to Pro D2 side US Carcassonne.
After making 35 appearances for US Carcassonne, he joined French Pro D2 team US Dax. He has since played 42 matches and scored 4 tries for Dax.
Ahead of the Rugby World Cup 2023, Berchesi has been named in the squad for Uruguay.
