A former Aberavon player, Barry Maddocks has built a reputation as a top skills coach.
Maddocks started his coaching career at Bath where he was assistant academy manager and was previously in charge of Wales Under-16s, as well as coaching England sevens, both men and women, and working at Hartpury College.
He left Bath in 2018 to join Dragons' coaching staff.
