A physical centre with brilliant running lines, Geel has been on the South African rugby scene for over a decade. Starting with the Leopards in 2002, the Springs man spent five seasons in Potchefstroom before moving to Griquas where his performances gained much attention. Making his Super Rugby debut for the Cheetahs in 2010, the Bloemfontein-based franchise secured his full-time services for all rugby competitions in 2012.
