Oz traded a football for the oval one in Rives-Renages, near his home.
He then joined the training centre at Grenoble at the age of 17 where he went on to make his debut the following year.
The year 2019 saw him trade Grenoble for Racing 92, where he has made 12 appearances heading to the 2020 Top 14 season.
Oz enjoyed a fine start to his time in Paris with his work at the breakdown a particularly strong point, especially in the Champions Cup playoffs.
This led to a debut test call up in November 2020.
