Vaughan made the transition to Bath Rugby's first team from the side's Senior Academy ahead of the 2019/20 season.
The prop made eight senior appearances during his time in the Academy, most notably the final home game of the 2017/18 season against London Irish, where the front rower got on the scoreboard with a try of his own.
Vaughan is a powerful scrummager and a home-grown talent, having joined the Bath pathway at the age of 14.
