Rarasea was a member of the Fiji U20 Junior World Championship 2013, making 3 appearances scoring one try.
He made his debut for Counties Manukau during the 2013 ITM Cup. Played six times as a replacement in 2014 before establishing himself as more of a regular in 2015.
Viliame played 10 times for Steelers in 2016 as his career goes from strength to strength.
