The experienced loose forward is a hard working member of the Harlequins back row. He has played for England Under-19 and U21 in the past, and has received several call-ups to England Saxons squads. The former Leicester Tigers man joined Quins in 2006 and has become a reliable member of the first team. Much like England legend Neil Back, Skinner has shown that you don't have to be a giant to be a top class flank. He was Young Player of the Year for the tigers in 2004.
