Born in Chesterfield, England. McMillan is your traditional hooker. Efficient in the tight and powerful in the loose at over 17 stone, McMillan is a graduate of Sheffield Hallam University and began his career with Nottingham before spells at Gloucester, Moseley, Coventry and Birmingham & Solihull. In the summer of 2012, McMillan linked up with Northampton Saints in the English premiership.
