A balanced and reliable flyhalf, Grant plays close to the gain-line and is always on hand to distribute the ball. His goal kicking is reliable and has often seen the team through tight games.
A veteran in the squad and one of the leaders in the back-line, Grant is lethal close to the try-line either putting a team-mate into the gap or going over himself.
Since his debut in 2006, Grant has 116 Super Rugby appearances, scoring an impressive 918 points.
