Paolo Buonfiglio, born on January 28, 1995, in Prato, Italy, is an Italian rugby union player. He primarily plays as a prop and is currently a member of Zebre in the Pro14.
Buonfiglio started his career with Mogliano and during the 2015-16 Pro12 season, he was named as an Additional Player for Benetton Treviso in the Pro12 competition.
His talent and potential were recognized early on, and Buonfiglio was named in the Italy Under 20 squad in 2014 and 2015. In the following years, he continued to impress and was selected for the Emerging Italy squad in 2016 and 2017.
On November 8, 2021, Buonfiglio received further recognition for his skills when he was named in the Italy A squad for the 2021 end-of-year rugby union internationals.
Currently, Buonfiglio is an important member of the Zebre team, contributing his expertise and physical presence as a prop in the Pro14 competition.
