The tighthead prop has played most of his professional rugby at Castres. A formidable front-rower, his stocky physique has made him a pillar in the scrums. He made his international debut for France against Scotland in 2010. Used mainly as an impact sub for his national side his presence is always noticed when he comes on the pitch.
