Lewis Stevenson joined the Ulster Squad from the Academy on a development contract at the start of the 2005-06 season. Educated at Ballyclare High School and the University of Ulster, Lewis, who is a second row, was a member of Ireland’s U21 World Cup Squad that played in the 2005 tournament in Argentina. A solid scrummager a great asset on the pitch.
In August 2016, Stevenson joined Pat Lam's squad on the back of his second stint with Exeter Chiefs having played with the Premiership side in the 2008-09 season before a two-year spell with Harlequins.
At the end of the 2016-17 season, Bangor announced that former Ulster and Connacht lock Lewis Stevenson will be joining the Seasiders in an important player-coach role.
