A former SA U20 representative Ngcukana starred for Ikey Tigers during the 2015 Varsity Cup.
His efforts lead to him being named in the Western Province's squad for the 2016 Currie Cup qualification series and he made his domestic first class debut in their Round Three match against a Free State XV.
He become a regular in the side and earned his spot in Western Province squad for the 2016 Currie Cup Premier Division and starting on debut in their opening match of the season against the Blue Bulls in Pretoria.
