Capon joined the Bristol Bears Academy in the summer of 2016.
The back rower, who studied at Bristol Grammar School, came through the Club's Player Development Group (PDG) and under-18s programme.
Capon represented Bristol United in the Aviva A-League during the 2016/17 campaign against Saracens Storm and Exeter Braves.
He is currently studying Economics at Exeter University.
