Hailing from Plymouth, England, Arnott's position of choice is on the wing. At just 18 years of age, Arnott made the progression from the Exeter Chiefs academy to represent the club's senior side against London Welsh. Having represented England at all underage levels, Arnott is becoming an integral member of the Chiefs' back division.
He has enjoyed title success playing for England under 20s in the Six Nations and he has also previously skippered the Chiefs squad in the JP Morgan Sevens.
He signed a contract dual registration with Cornish Pirates for the 2015/16 and again for the 2016/17 season.
