Ealing-born Kerr earned seven international caps for England after only four years in the rugby scene.
She started playing aged 21 at Durham University, having previously played in goal for the university hockey team.
After a year playing for Durham, she joined Darlington Mowden Park Sharks and entered the RFU pathway through the North Academy.
She earned her first senior cap in the 2015 Six Nations, coming off the bench against Ireland.
Kerr, who was schooled at Ryde, Isle of Wight, has 8 caps for the Red Roses as she heads into the 2017 Women's World Cup.
