An abrasive back rower Ben Fry showed promise and has risen through the ranks to make his professional debut for Dragons on the blindside of the scrum against Timisoara Saracens in the European Challenge Cup.
The forward from Radyr was rewarded for an industrious display with a breakaway try against the Romanians. The former Bargoed player impressed on the international stage with Wales Under-20s.
Having broken through into the senior squad during the 2018/19 season, Fry made a further 3 appearances before June 2020 as he looks to become a regular in the side.
