Warren Fury moved to the North East in September 2012 as scrum-half cover after Chris Pilgrim suffered a serious knee injury at London Scottish in the second week of the RFU Championship season. Fury crossed the whitewash four times in 25 appearances for the club to underline his credentials as a talented No.9. The Welshman had quite a fine finish to the 2012-13 season to earn himself a new contract with the Falcons.
