Jackson is the head coach of the Samoan Rugby Side.
April 2023, Jackson was selected to coach the New Zealand Women's team, The Black Ferns. Jackson says, it has been a driver for him to be able to coach a National team and he looks forward to bringing a few different idea to the table.
