A late comer to the international scene, the Ontario man only made his debut for Canada in 2012. His post-graduate studies took him to Perth, Australia where he played for Western Australians Perth Spirit and he progressed to training with Western Force's 'A' team ahead of Super Rugby.
A hard-working and reliable hooker, 2015 was his first Rugby World Cup having been selected in the Canadian final 31-man squad.
His impressive stunts at the tournament sealed his name in the Canada squad for the 2017 Americas Rugby Championship.
