Frisch, born in Fontainebleau, France, played for Stade Francais and Massy during his youth before signing his first professional contract with Tarbes. After a move back to Massy, Frisch signed with Bristol Bears in 2021.
He pursued international honors after singing with Munster. Frisch qualified for Ireland through his grandmother. He represented the Emerging Ireland team and went on to win the URC with Munster.
After being overlooked by Ireland, France came knocking and he was included in their training squad after signing for Toulon whom he joined for the 2024/25 season.
