Flyhalf André van der Berg was named sportsman of the year – as well as players’ player of the year for 2022. The club made history by winning the Namibia Rugby Union’s premier and reserve leagues with its first and second men’s teams.
Van der Berg had an outstanding season after joining Namibia Rugby from North West University having scored more than 150 points.
Ahead of the World Rugby Cup 2023, van der Berg has been named in the squad for Namibia.
