A real hardworking lock, Adam plays an important role in the Dragons pack with strong set-piece work and high work rate. His graft earned him two Welsh caps in the 2005 Six Nations against England and Scotland. After stints in England with Harlequins and Saracens, Adam returned to Wales to play for the Scarlets before joining the Men of Gwent in 2007. A regular senior player, Adam has shown great leadership when needed and is one of the stalwarts of the region’s pack, having made over fifty appearances so far.
