Sean O'Brien ruled out of Leinster's Pro12 semi-final

Sean O’Brien, who had been named among the substitutes for Leinster's clash against Scarlets, has been ruled out after suffering from a tightness in his calf.

Ross Byrne comes into the bench in his place as Leinster had previously named just two backs on the replacements bench.
