Aus take a 19-11 over SA into halftime. The sides traded two penalties apiece before SA picked up a yellow card 15 minutes in. Aus capitalized with a try to lead 13-6. SA missed a long range penalty attempt, but it was then the Wallabies turn to go down to 14 players with a yellow card. The Springboks scored a try immediately to reduce the deficit to 13-11.
