Munster take a 24-7 lead over Wasps into halftime. Munster bossed the opening twenty minutes, running in two tries with a penalty in-between to open up a 17-0 lead. Wasps got on the board with a try after 26 minutes, but Munster responded with a score around the half hour mark to restore their 17 point advantage. Munster will however start the second half with 14 players after picking up a yellow card five minutes from the break.
