Hodge gets the second half underway for the Rebels

The Rebels take a 26-14 lead over the Reds into halftime. Despite picking up a red card in the 9th minute, it was the Reds who crossed for the opening try and a 7-0 lead. The Reds were then reduced to 13 players with a yellow card and the Rebels scored soon after to level the scores. The 13 man Reds responded with their second try for a 14-7 lead, but the pressure began to tell as the Rebels finished the half strongly with three scores in the final 10 minutes for a 12 point lead at the break.
