Ulster strike just just before halftime to take a lead into the break. Ulster made early use of the ball but Harlequins did enough to defend before they got going int the half. Harlequins had opportunities to score but silly errors cost them before Ulster made them pay. Both sides need to step up as they are yet to really get going
