Harlequins take a 32-18 lead over Bath into halftime. Quins got on the board with an early try 5 minutes in, after which the sides traded penalties. A second Quins try saw them up 15-3. Bath came storming back with two tries to draw level before adding a penalty around the half hour mark to hit the front 18-15. Quins responded with two tries in quick succession and slotted a penalty with the final play of the half for a 14 point advantage at the break.
