They eventually knocked on and as Griquas recovered possession and looked to be through for a try before the referee blew for half time. He deemed the ball had also been knocked on by Griquas in the same passage of play.

Sheer strength and determination see's Carel Greeff crossing fro Griquas' third try. The number 8 picked off the base of a 5 meter scrum and handed off numerous tackles before touching down.
