The Dragons host the Scarlets in the opening round of the Rainbow Cup. The Dragons finished in fifth position in Conference A of the recently concluded Pro14 season, while the Scarlets came in third spot in Conference B. Both sides will look to get their Rainbow Cup campaigns off to a winning start over their fellow Welsh rivals.
