Leinster take a 17-3 lead over Ulster into halftime. Leinster struck first with a try eight minutes in to lead 7-0. Ten minutes later Ulster were on the board thanks to a penalty, but Leinster hit back with a try midway through the half to make it 14-3. Leinster added a late penalty to take a 14 point advantage into the break.
