Hendrikse gets the second half underway for the Lions

The Lions take a 24-13 lead over Cardiff into halftime. The Lions got off to the perfect start with a try just two minutes in. The sides then traded penalties before a second for Cardiff saw them trail 10-6. The Lions then ran in a further two tries to open up a handy 24-6 lead. Cardiff hit back with a try around the half hour mark to get back into the match. The Lions missed a long range penalty on the stroke of halftime so have to settle for an 11 point advantage at the break.
