The Blues take a 12-8 lead over the Force into halftime. The Force started well as they kicked a penalty and crossed for the games opening try to lead 8-0 after the opening quarter of the match, but a yellow card allowed the Blues to finish the half strongly with two tries to lead by four points at the break.
