Sergio Parisse signs new deal with Toulon

Seasoned campaigner Sergio Parisse has penned a new deal with Toulon which will take him through to 2023.  

The Italy captain has been part of the Toulon set-up since 2019 after joining from Stade Francais. He is one of the most Test-capped players in history with a total of 142 to his name.  

This development has given rise to speculation that the 38 year-old could turn out for his sixth World Cup with the Italian team.
