Nicky Thomas to join Bristol Rugby on loan

Scarlets Rugby have confirmed that tighthead prop Nicky Thomas has joined Bristol Rugby on short-term loan.

A mainstay of the Wales Under 20 squad, making 20 appearances, Thomas was in the starting line-up for the 2013 World Rugby Championship final loss to England.

The 23-year-old joined the Scarlets ahead of the 2016-17 season from Gloucester making eight appearances in his first season in West Wales.

Thomas has joined Bristol on loan until the end of October.
