Should have a high tackle pen earlier on the play for Scotland but touch judge and refs views were obstructed by Welsh players, the 'blocking' on Bennett is just embarrassing he's allowed to run I front of you without touching you. Bennett should've been binned for taking the man without ball in a try scoring opportunity.
