Scarlets take on Ulster at Parc Y Scarlets in the ninth round of the Pro14. Both teams have won 5 games thus far. Ulster sitting on 25 log points whereas the Scarlets is currently one point behind. This should be a great spectacle for the crowd that made their way down to the field. This should be cracker.
