The second half is underway, still a technical error with the broadcast

The Bulls take a 19-17 lead over Western Province into halftime. Western Province ran in two early tries to one and followed that up with a penalty to lead 17-7. The Bulls responded with two scores towards the back end of the half to hold a slender 19-17 lead at the break. Unfortunately, a technical error with the broadcast has put a hold on our running commentary. If the issue is resolved we will be back with live updates.

The Blue Bulls host Western Province in round 12 of the Currie Cup. The Bulls have won just three of nine matches to currently sit bottom of the table, but a victory will get them back into semi-final contention. Western Province have recorded five victories, with a win moving them up from third to second position in the standings. This should be a cracking north vs south derby with victory imperative for both sides.
